Shirish Adi has been appointed Vice President & Managing Director, India, for Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions, responsible for the entire business and operations in the country. He will be directing and leading the organization to drive growth and profitability in line with Emerson’s strategic direction and business ethics. He takes over from Sridar Narayanswami, who has been promoted as President, Middle East & Africa, for Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions. Shirish Adi has over 27 years of experience at Emerson in various management roles from the time he joined Daniel India operations. He rose to become the General Manager/Managing Director of Daniel Measurement as well as its Entity leader. In 2013, He moved as the Business Director for Rosemount in India, with complete Profit and Loss responsibility. Prior to joining Emerson, he worked with Advanced Spectra-Tek and DDE ORG Systems. He will be based at the company’s India headquarters at Pune and will report to Hakan Erdamar, President, Asia and Middle East & Africa for Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions.
