The National CSR Leadership Awards acknowledge Indian and multi-national companies for their contribution in the field of CSR. Zeco Aircon Limited of Bahadurgarh, Haryana bagged the award in the Community Development category at the awards ceremony at Taj Hotel, Bangalore. Zeco has undertaken, directly or  through charitable trusts, many projects for the welfare and upliftment of the needy, including provision of drinking water to more than 250 households, free eye check-up camps, blood donation camps, provision for sewerage system and public toilets, etc. Sushil K. Agarwal, DGM received the award on behalf of the company. The other awardees included Amway India, Bajaj Electricals, Cisco, Infosys, JSW, Piramal, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SAP and TCS.
