A one day seminar was held in Mumbai on March 26 on methods, standards and instrumentation for leak testing of HEPA filters. Around 60 delegates attended the event. The seminar was organized by MeasureTest Corporation with support from Contamination Control Society of India (CCSI). Ron Adkins from Air Techniques Inc., USA was the main faculty. He covered the theory of filtration, photometer testing – standards and practices, instrumentation for leak and efficiency testing, and FAQs. A live demonstration of the latest model 2i DOP/PAO photometer with printer, and model 6D aerosol generator with integral compressor was given.
