Schneider Electric™ has launched its app mySchneider. Available as a free download for iOS® and Android™ devices, the app offers productivity-improving tools for customers and partners in three areas: Tailored Services, 24/7 Self-service, and Connect to Schneider Electric. Tailored services allow users to customize the information
and options they use to fi t their specifi c job needs. Help is available with 24/7 self-service options, including the ability to search products by name or reference number, to receive product information by scanning QR codes, and to retrieve technical documents. Users of the app can request assistance on products and technical information either through a live connection to local experts, or by using a ‘call me back’ option. Queries may also be submitted through an in-app form.
