Pluss Polymers has bagged the ‘Innovative Technology Award’ at India Innovates: 2020 by ASSOCHAM in the category of healthcare. This year’s summit was officially supported by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, and was held on May 11, celebrated as National Technology Day. The event was organized with a focus on developing the innovation ecosystem, making India an Innovation Powerhouse by 2020. Pluss Polymers has also secured 4th position at India Innovation Growth Programme (IIGP) 2015. There were over 1300 entries from sectors such as aeronautics, agriculture, biotechnology, chemistry, communications, computing, defence, electronics, environment, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, materials, life sciences, nanotechnology, petrochemical, semiconductors and transportation. IIGP is a joint initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India; Lockheed Martin Corporation; Indo-US Science and Technology Forum; Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI); Stanford Graduate School of Business; and IC2 Institute at the University of Texas. Earlier, Miracradle Neonate Cooler was awarded at the Innovative Medical Technologies Summit 2015 held at Chandigarh on February 16-17 with Kirloskar Technologies Award.
