Neeraj Seth is now President of Middleby Commercial Food Innovations Pvt. Ltd., the Middleby Corporation’s new entity in India, after its acquisition of Celfrost Innovations Pvt. Ltd., the commercial refrigeration and foodservice products business of Celfrost. Exclusively handling commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment for restaurant chains and hotels, Celfrost is the country’s largest independent supplier of professional refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, ice machines, display cases, water coolers and bottle coolers. Before starting Celfrost, Neeraj worked for Blue Star Ltd. as Executive Vice President of the Cooling Products Division for almost 10 years. He is 53 years old, an MBA in Marketing, and has 30 years of management experience. 

Anant Maheshwari is President, Honeywell India from January 1, 2014. He has been the MD of Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL), and will succeed Jim Bujold who moves as President, Honeywell, Southeast Asia. Maheshwari has spent close to a decade in Honeywell in a number of leadership roles. He is a graduate in electrical and electronics engineering and has a master’s in economics from BITS, Pilani. He is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He worked with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant for more than fi ve years before joining Honeywell. 

Jayant K. Patekar has started his own enterprise, Patson Technological Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which promotes the use of energy conserving products in HVAC projects. Jayant introduced the concept of UFAD systems in India during his stint at AET Flexiblespace. His core strengths are UFAD, UVGI systems, air and water ozonization systems, and ventilation and pressurization systems. He has executed projects in the pharma, healthcare and corporate office spaces. He is a mechanical engineer and holds a PGDBA in Finance with over 14 years of experience in the HVAC industry, having worked with organizations such as Airtech, Voltas, and AET Flexiblespace. He is a member of ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter, and had contributed an article for AC&R Journal on UFAD Systems in 2011.
