Expansion of Model RA Axial Fan Range
Greenheck has expanded its AMCA-certified Model RA axial fan range to include additional prop and hub combinations, resulting in increased performance range and efficiency. Model RA direct-drive axial fans provide dual-purpose ventilation for emergency heat and smoke extraction as well as day-to-day operation in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. It is available in 15 sizes that cover a wide range of volumetric and pressure conditions with capacities up to 200,000 cmh and static pressures up to 1,993 Pa. All sizes, which include over 480 prop, hub and pitch combinations, are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal for Sound and Air Performance. Additionally, the RA is certified to EN12101-3: 2002 for high temperature exhaust (300°C/ 2 hr and 400°C/ 2 hr). Model RA has peak total efficiencies ranging from 70 to 84%. It is suited for indoor and outdoor applications, and can be installed in ducted or non-ducted systems. Typical applications include stairwell pressurization, tunnel ventilation, parking garage exhaust, storage facility exhaust, emergency smoke, heat exhaust, industrial process ventilation and supply and return fans for air handling equipment.

Addition of Model ECV to Energy Recovery Ventilator Line
Greenheck’s new Model ECV energy recovery ventilator utilizes a total energy core to provide pre-conditioned fresh outdoor air for commercial
and institutional applications ranging from 500 to 1000 cfm. Applying energy core technology to a building’s ventilation system reduces the building’s heating and cooling loads. Model ECV’s standard hinged doors provide easy maintenance access to the unit’s internal components and control center. Optional controls such as an economizer bypass damper, BMS communication and Vari-Green® motors provide additional energy savings. AHRI Certified and ETL Listed, Model ECV is available with indoor and outdoor mounting configurations and suitable for applications such as office buildings, schools, hospitals, churches and nursing homes.

Expansion of Air Measuring Dampers Line
Greenheck has expanded its Air Measuring Damper (AMD) line with the addition of the AMDTD series of thermal dispersionbased airflow measuring dampers. The AMD-TD series combines the functionality of an accurate thermal dispersion airflow station and a low leakage control damper to control airflow volumes to a target set point. Featuring Vari- Green® airflow measurement probes and transmitters, the AMDTD series of dampers accurately measures airflow down to 100 fpm. The optional factory supplied controller makes the AMD-TD series a turnkey solution for the measurement and control of airflow. Factory supplied controllers are available with analog or BACnet MS/TP operation. Four models are available: AMD-23-TD with 3V style blades, AMD-33-TD with fabricated airfoil blades, AMD-42-TD with extruded aluminum blades, and AMD-42V-TD with vertically-oriented extruded aluminum blades.
