ISHRAE has more than 150 Student Chapters with over 7000 student members. ISHRAE arranges technical talks, industrial visits, interaction with industry leaders, National Quiz Competition, National Student Design Competition and a host of other activity to give exposure to student members on various facets of the HVAC&R industry. Taking this forward, Job Junction is a new initiative by ISHRAE to provide job opportunities to fresh graduate engineers and diploma holders, and to help businesses recruit the right talent. The targeted jobs include sales, marketing, design, project, production, QA and service engineers. The businesses that would benefit from this initiative are; manufacturers, contractors, dealers, consultants
and project management consultants. 

The following is the schedule for Job Junction to be held at six venues:

Over 1200 candidates have already registered for Job Junction, and the number is going up. More then 100 vacancies have been registered, including all the top HVAC companies and a few international companies who have come forward to support the initiative. Companies can register free of cost at http://jobjunction.ishraehq.in/
