Pankaj Dharkar, President of FSAI, launched the FSAI Journal on October 5 at Hotel Shangrila, New Delhi in the presence of a galaxy of fi re and safety professionals of the country and senior bureaucrats. Among those present were Sandeep Rai Rathore (IGP NDRF and Civil Defence, Government of India), D. K. Shami (Fire Advisor, Ministry of Home, Government of India), B. D. Sharma (DG, Sashastra Seema Bal, NDRF and Civil Defence), A. K. Sharma (Director, Delhi Fire Services) and Dr. G. A. Bhatt (Secretary Tech., Home Department, J&K).
