Elan Professional Appliances Pvt. Ltd. (Elanpro) has introduced Ice Fall Tower – an illuminated draft beer tower to dispense cold beer from a prechiller.
The energy efficient product has an LED display along with a freeze tower. The product is compact and easy to maintain. Designed for manual dispensing of foamy beverages, it is a glycol-less product with thermoelectric cells that help ice grow on an anodized aluminium plate, saving energy compared to traditional systems. The ice on the tower gives a frosted glass effect. The product is available in one to six tap configurations. It is now available at Elanpro Experience Centres and dealers. Meanwhile, Elanpro displayed its range of commercial refrigeration products including hospitality refrigeration solutions at Food and Hospitality World Expo at BKC, Mumbai. It showcased its range for Hotel/Restaurant/Café (HORECA) segment. Among the exhibits was the newly launched Elanpro Cold Well – a GN 3V ventilated cooling well with high flexibility and visibility, suitable for display of buffet delicacies. Products like GT Touch and I Pro from the recently launched SPM beverage dispenser range were also on display. Equipped with standard I-Tank technology to prevent ice accumulation on the outer walls of the bowl, the range features interactive touch screens and is suitable for bars, cafeterias, cafes, catering and accommodation facilities, icecream shops and dessert bars. Hospitality solutions like ice machines, Bakeshop DC Series, reach-in chillers, vertical freezers, blast chillers and EWG bottle wine cooler series were also on display. At AAHAR, 2017 in New Delhi from March 7 to 11, Elanpro launched five new products for the foodservice industry. Among these were two products from SPM of Italy – SP with patented I Tank technology and stainless steel bodied U Go. SP is capable of producing chilled specialties like creamy desserts, sherbets and mousses. U Go, a compact counter top machine, dispenses soft serve ice cream and frozen yoghurt. It can dispense up to 170 cones/hr (pump model). A capacitive LED lightened control board helps the product remain fresh when not in use. EIM 61BW, a por table ice machine, is designed to work without online water connection. EIM 101TT is a 100kg machine with an in-built top for use as a tabletop. The Elanpro chest type blast freezer features an in-built fan for
faster cooling.
