You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of online payment service on www.ishrae.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to www.ishrae.in. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by www.ishrae.in with any third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order.

Your personal or financial information is confidential with us. We will not use it for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you.

We do not rent, sell or share your personal information and we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties unless:

• To help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person, violations of www.ishrae.in's terms of use or to defend against legal claims;
• Special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, requests/order from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.

Cancellation Policy:
Processing your duly completed application (ALL form fields of the “ISHRAE Membership Form” along with a soft-copy photograph and Unique Transaction ID) takes a maximum of 30 days from the date of transaction. During this period, you will receive communication from “ISHRAE Headquarters” confirming acceptance of your application. The period of your membership will be mentioned in this email.

If for some reason your application is not deemed fit for acceptance OR if your transaction has been “annulled/made void” by TPPG or its acquiring banks/ institutions, communication informing you of the reason for cancellation will be sent to you by email and/or vide a telephone call/ mail.
